This work carried out in record time by Cerpasur was carried out in the largest shopping center in Spain and one of the largest leisure and shopping centers in Europe, with an area of more than 206,000 m² and 600,000 m² of land, the Shopping Center Venice port.
In a record time of only 16 days (including weekends), it was carried out from the demolition of the old store to the complete execution of the new one, with all its new installations (electrical, air conditioning, fire protection installations …) in addition of flooring and new partitions of partitioning.
It has been a demanding project but our professionals have given their best to make this store available to the property within the agreed period.
